Colorado peeps!  I must give a shout out to my dear friend Karla Thompson.  She recently went back to school to become a massage therapist, specifically concentrating on therapeutic massage.  I booked one this morning.  Honestly, it was the BEST massage I've ever had.  I often have sciatica issues and she spent extra time on the sacral area of my lower back.  WOW!  My back hasn't felt this great in a long time.

I visited Karla this week for help with significant pain in my left hip.  She asked me specific questions about the pain before starting the massage.  I enjoyed the clear communication she provided during the process in order for me to have  a good understanding what she was finding and how she was addressing the issue.  She continued with a completely relaxing full massage.  Before leaving she provided good input to me for post procedure tasks, the most important message being to drink a lot of water.  I appreciated Kara's professionalism and skills, and the relaxing atmosphere of the treatment office.  I will surely start a cadence of periodic massages with Karla to work towards proactive treatment protocol.  I have and will continue to highly recommend Karla for her services.  - Scott S.
